Pennington Title This remodel to an existing building in the historic downtown of Rapid City changed the look and feel to better represent the president's view of his company. This was accomplished by providing a more accessible and architecturally significant entry that added to the fabric of the downtown streetscape. Additional items were added with the addition like accessible restrooms for the public and staff, additional waiting area, and improvement on the layout and flow of the work areas. This project also went through multiple historic preservation reviews due to the proximity of a historical church - the exterior was required to compliment the surrounding area.
