Owner/Designer/Craftsman at a product start-up currently in the design development/prototyping stage. Specializing in the design and construction of hand made kayaks and various backpacking gear.

May 2011 to Feb. 2013 Oshkosh Defense, Oshkosh, WI
General Maintenance/Building Maintenance. Involved in completion of several projects to bring the facility up to standard and increase the overall safety rating. Responsible for various maintenance duties including continuous improvement projects.
Summer 2010 JSM Property Consultants, North FDL, WI
Involved in maintaining foreclosed homes for banks, real estate agencies, and other financial institutions. Tasked with documenting condition of home through photographs, written documentation, completing visual inspections, and general property maintenance.
Summer 2008 UWM School of Engineering: Center for By-Products Utilization, Milwaukee, WI
Concrete Lab Technician. Worked in close collaboration with engineering faculty on projects incorporating the re-use of industrial by-products as materials in concrete mixtures. Tasked with preparing test samples according to set procedures, assembling concrete molds, mixing and casting concrete, monitoring samples in a controlled environment, operating test equipment during compression and tensile strength evaluations, and recording test data.
