▪ Currently under construction, the project is a two-phased renovation to an existing building with an elevator addition to convert from a warehouse into an archives and research center in the National Historic Landmark City of Deadwood, South Dakota. The project is estimated at $1,730,000 and construction is expected to be complete in Fall ,2010. |
