The re-use of historic lattice columns and trusses along with a ground-source geothermal HVAC system and high-fly ash concrete made this building “green” long before the green building movement. |

▪ This 10,000 square foot oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic consists of a main surgery center, a tenant space, and a property maintenance garage. The HVAC system is one of the foremost thinking in green technology, a variable refrigerant volume system, that minimizes energy consumption. The building was completed Summer, 2011. |
