Art 321 (Casper Artists' Guild)

Located in the Old Yellowstone District with a unique planning and zoning overlay, and funded via various grants and donations, the project consists of a multi-phased repurposing of an existing turn-of-the-century warehouse building structure to convert it into an art studio, classrooms, retail and gallery space into a hub for the aspiring artist community in central Wyoming. The Artists’ Guild is one of Wyoming’s oldest non-profit entities. The project includes added fire protection, fire alarm, and other life safety and ADA requirements, along with an entire re-branding campaign and new look focused on attracting new members of all age groups.
