About Us (Brief):

We are an established firm centrally located in Casper, Wyoming. We are regularly recognized in the media for our work in redeveloping | developments within the urban cores across the region to promote urban revitalization, including two documentaries, over 90 articles, and several publications including our own published self-authored book.  We have been recognized with design awards at both the State and Regional levels and one project has been published in ArchDaily, a worldwide circulating digital architecture magazine!

We are composed of up to seven trained and dedicated professionals including a rescued mix dog, whose focus is office morale. We are consciously organized horizontally rather than the traditional vertical hierarchy which allows the principals to be involved in all facets from conceptual design through construction administration, ensuring that design goals remain in focus and project objectives are obtained.  This horizonal hierarchy ensures that all employees are valued and welcome to provide suggestions that can better the firm. Advancement within the firm extends all the way to the principal position(s)!

We have gained respect and recognition for architecture that is sensitive to its environment and creatively integrated into its surroundings. And despite working in a region lacking historic tax credit incentives, we have found a niche in re-purposing existing buildings for adaptive reuse. One of these repurposed structures includes a historic, previously run-down warehouse structure that now serves as our office.

We are deeply engaged in the community and the architecture profession. Our firm culture actively encourages involvement in not only AIA, but in community architectural review committees, local boards, AIA Wyoming boards and committees, architectural speaking engagements, collaboration in architectural documentaries, hosting high school and other public tour groups, lectures, pro bono services, collaborating with higher educational entities for architectural research, participation in local community development forums and leading community charrettes.

Our office culture is a tightknit office with group design discussions, weekly team meetings, family friendly, and encouragement of work/life balance.

Our Clients:

The firm has a wide range of experience in diverse building types, and we do not specialize in a particular project type.

Sustainability, environmental accountability, and energy efficiency in a “no nonsense” fashion has always been interwoven with our design, despite practicing in a region where the economy relies of fossil fuel extraction.

Additionally, the number of structures saved and repurposed, represents an immeasurable conservation of cultural resources and the preservation of our history for future generations.
