Black Hills Dermatology and Spa-Med This project consisted of a new addition and remodel to an existing 12,500 square foot medical facility (Black Hills Dermatology) and included a tenant finish for a new business (Spa-Med). The dermatology clinic added new exam rooms, waiting area, medical records storage, offices, and work spaces. The Spa-Med tenant finish is a high-end beauty treatment center including a salon for hair and nails, specialty jacuzzi tub room with refreshment bar, locker rooms, treatment rooms (including one with a soaker tub). This project gave Anthony his first experience in the medical field and with high-end products for the commercial industry.
