Bio-Mass Star Academy

A first-of-its-kind (for South Dakota) environmentally sensitive wood chip “Bio Mass” boiler facility for the South Dakota Office of the State Engineer at the Star Academy Juvenile Corrections Center near Custer, South Dakota.
